IDS America is offering the jobs in the latest remote Medical Scribe platform. The platform has been designed for remote work by one the largest healthcare documentation organizations in the US . The platform includes cloud-based speech recognition for Scribes to focus on medical knowledge and patient care when completing the chart in the EHR.

Remote Medical Scribes will work in a platform with recording and productivity tools allowing for the highest quality Medical Documentation contributing to the best possible patient outcome.

Scribes listen to recorded patient visits and are responsible for updating the medical record with pertinent, well-written medical history, physical examination, assessment and plan, findings and procedures, within a clear turnaround from the time of patient visit. The model is One Scribe Doctor, working on the doctor’s schedule.

The expectation is that each doctor will have the same Scribe each day, exceptionally for sick days. Scribe vacation is expected to be coordinated with the Provider schedule, wherever possible.

Growth Prospect

Initial hires have the opportunity to grow into QA and Management positions also. Opportunity for productivity-based bonuses after the initial period are provided. Each group of 10 to 20 Scribes will include a Team Leader. Pay for that leadership for all leadership time is salary plus team performance and individual bonus.

Eligibility

- Person with a minimum of 1 year of Medical Scribe Or Medical Transcription experience can apply
- Willing to work according to the doctor’s schedule.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and the language of medicine spoken by healthcare providers, their staff, and patients
- Excellent professional writing skills, including advanced proficiency in American English grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with or the willingness and ability to learn new medical terminology
- This is work from home opportunity so you must have a workspace in a secure and private location, have a computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- You must have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing would be a plus.

- Non-compliant solutions: Satellite, DSL, and dial-up will not provide adequate speed and latency.
